You can set the currency to rands and see how much cheaper things are. You can risk importing but you could be slapped with heavy duties.
Out of interest, I've got Kenda Small Block Eights on my MTB and I love them. The only place they are not great is if it is particularly muddy as the close tread holds the mud but that same close tread means it rolls more freely on the tar and hard surfaces.
