Hi

I purchased a LED 42 inch TV recently and I am currently looking for a mounting bracket so that I can put the TV up against the wall. I have never done this before, so any advice will be highly appreciated. I would also like something that gives me the option moving the TV left or right as needed.

Thanks a million.

left or right? you mean you want the TV on some sort of "swing" arm?

If you just want to mount it on the wall, go to Game and buy a wall mount.... they may even have swing arm mounts that will do the job.

Went to Ellies and bought a parallellogram-type of swing out bracket for my 46".
Mounts very securely with 8 rawl-bolts, and it is easy to remove the set from the bracket if I wish.
The bracket pushes back against the wall when not in use, and swings out (swivel & Tilt) when I use it.
Maybe a bit overkill, but it is rock-secure and most convenient.
Price not cheap, but reasonable for what I got (prefer overkill when working with an expensive TV).

Hi5. I wouldn't trust a R200 mount with a R10k screen. For something like this I wouldn't mind paying R1k or whatever they cost :p
