Hi all,

Bought myself a logitech mx revolution a while back, but was never satisfied with the performance. Problem is, and yeah I only realised it now (duh:mad:), my mousepad isn't up to scratch.

What would you recommend to be a good mousepad?

Thanx

Thanx,

Seems like the razor eXactMat is pretty popular. Also from a look on the net. Anyone have one of these?

I have something called the Xtreme Pad, I think it's pretty much the same as the razor pad, it's really good.

Just found a previous thread re mousepads. Will give my supplier a call 2morrow. Think I'll go for one of those the razer ones. Simple and without the bling.

Print out a blank excel spreadsheet with very small cells and the borders made black.
Sellotape it to your desk.
Done.

I've got one, awesome mouse pad, never really gave much thought to my mouse pad till someone suggested I get an eXactmat for my G5. Have had it for about 2 years and since it's made of metal I don't see it ever breaking. GET ONE :D

Do mousepads make a difference, I've always found them irratating, cheap ones anyway

personally I wouldn't waste money on a expensie pad... I got a cyber sniper pad for R100 and works great. save
your cash for a nice mouse :)

That's what I like about the Xtreme pad. When I bought my first one five years ago it was only R120. I use it for work now. Bought a new one two years ago for R150.

Best thing is, when the get dirty....... yoiu throw them in the washing machine. :)

I actually think that would work. Print it on tear-resistant paper and it can easily travel with you to a LAN...

I personally would not consider a PRO mousepad giving extra "performance" above a regular mousepad.

however, R100 probably isn't that bad if you got a nice mouse though...

Well, try using an optical mouse on a black wooden table... HORROR! That's where a mousepad really comes in handy!

(Anyone here work at SAICA, by any chance? :p)
