mouse problems

Hi

I have a X7 laser mouse...some time ago it start stutter...so i thought my mat is done..so i bought new CM storm one.

Stil same...funny on desk without mat its all fine..but on mat if i move it slow..it jumps back little bits as i move it...

What can problem be?

Piece of clothing fiber interfering with lens?

I sometimes take a dab of prestik and press it around my CM Sentinel II's sensor. The 'eye' of my mouse has a pad around it that sometimes lets fibers stick to it but the prestik lifts it away 9/10 times

Wood has a visible grain. Mat may be too reflective. Happens after some time having been "polished" too much.

its brand new mat....and i would say wood refelct more..its that chopboard coverd with black plastic....u can buy the desk at game if u say them yet...
