Mouse Sticking

Hey, I have a problem with my mouse in that occasionally it will stick for about half a second or so and then carry on working normally. I just played an FPS now and found the problem is more pronounced. Anyone know what the issue could be?

Now it's disconnecting and reconnecting, and sometimes it disconnects and then the only way I can use it again is to restart my pc. It's so frustrating.

Hey Pooky. Remove the cover from the bottom, take out the trackball and blow away any debris. You can also use an earbud to clean the area.

Tried ALL the USB ports; reinstalling the mouse; with or without logitech's software...

With a different mouse it's fine.

It's weird because it happens far more frequently in games.

Seems like it. The bin would be an appropriate resting place

They have a 3 year limited warranty - I bought it secondhand though so don't have any of the purchase details.

I did email logitech support perhaps they can be of assistance.
