Move adsl line to mweb

Hi all

Has anyone moved there Adsl line to mweb? How long does it usually take ? I applied over a week ago and still nothing has happened. Yet my invoice shows otherwise...

There is a turnaround time of 10-14 working days with regards to moving the ADSL Line to us.

When you say that the invoices shows otherwise, please can you inform me via PM as well as the MWEB account details in order for me to follow up on it.
