Move mx records to Google

We have hosted email for over 100 domains (with hundreds of emails each) at Hetzner in Joburg for ages, on our own Microsoft server. We run multi domain email server called Merak (ICEWARP). Sometimes dormant domains are hacked and used as relays - resulting in blacklisting which is time-consuming to rectify.
I have been advised to move all our email services to Google but dont know how. Anyone out there that can do and needs a consultancy implementation fee?

Just be aware, its R50 a mailbox (per month) on Google Apps. Can you afford this?

So if you have a domain with 30 email accounts its going to cost you R1500 per month for that one domain.
