Moved, no coverage

Hi all,

I moved and seems I have lost my Neotel coverage. RSSI is 125. On Neotel Prime.

What do I do? I am in The Wilds in Pretoria, but can't find it on Neotel's coverage map (none of the streets around these parts have any names on Neotel's maps). Where my house should be it seems as if there is cover, but I have no idea whether it is for data services or only voice services.

Would an external antenna work, and under what circumstances do Neotel provide one?

Unfortunately ADSL isn't available in my area yet - any suggestions as to what do I do? I don't feel very loyal to Neotel, although it has worked most of the time.

Opened my month-to-month contract in Dec 2008 and paying the device fee every month.
 
Did you call the call centre before hand and check coverage before you moved?
As well, if you changed area codes or locations, it may need service number changing as well.

Call them 0800 333 636 and confirm this with them.

Yes, I phoned them Monday morning asking the same questions and the lady did the check for me. She couldn't find our area and thus concluded no coverage and said I could cancel.

I also checked using the online map and scrolled to the area, where I saw no coverage. Its definitely still in the same region.

The device couldn't still be 'locked' onto the original tower, right?
