Hi, I need to move a bed to another location about 10km from me...been getting quotes of R600+
Can someone recommend a good company that does that, that is not so expensive?or is it just the price i will have to pay.

Get a friend with a bakkie. Though I've seen some of these GTi drivers just tie the thing to the roof of their vehicles.

Else I see random folk hanging around Makro and the likes offering their bakkie services but might not be much cheaper.

It might just be a bed however you would still be hiring a whole bakkie so i dont think you will get anything for less than R600. Get a friend and buy them a six pack.

Go to your nearest builders or furniture shop, find a guy hanging about with a bakkie and chat to him. They usually hang around places like builders hoping to pick up a delivery, they are usually reasonably priced.
