Moving Bitcoin Cash away from Coinbase

Hi guys,

So eventually coinbase gave me my BCH, trying to move my BCH from them is providing difficult. I select "send max" and the network fee quoted is "$0.00". Whenever I try to send I get an error that I need to try a lower amount. I have no idea what the network fee is and there is no way in hell I'm leaving anything behind in the coinbase wallet.

I understand that buying/selling the coin is suspended for now, but sending or receiving it shouldn't be an issue.

Anyone with insight as to what is going on with them?

Yea withdrawals = selling. Selling and Buying is suspended. I'm just moving it to my own wallet.

forget about it...? You can give it to window washers to support their crime-filled intimidation tactics, maybe through a few dollars in the drain, wipe your ass with it. If you can afford to do that, awesome, noddy badge for you. Not everyone can. So no. I won't just forget about a few thousand rand.

No.
A withdrawal = sending from coinbase to another wallet. Which is exactly why I linked to the reddit where people are complaining about exactly the same thing: Being unable to WITHDRAW their BCH from coinbase.

I said forget it if it's a few dollars. You can keep your noddy badge and your silly attitude if that's how you're going to communicate further.
 
Any BCH movement on Coinbase is locked until sometime January 2018. This was set in place earlier today afaik when they failed to get BCH-USD and BCH-EUR to launch smoothly.

Just the usual coinbase BS and the reason why I just cant grasp why anyone is still willingly trading on there.
