Moving car finance

So, say i where to move from Bank A to Bank B, how would the repayment term work? ie: continue on what's left of the term or start a new 54/60 month payment option?

PS: Anyone here work at the bank and can get me a good deal on my finance., let me know

Why do you want to? The finance costs is likely to be more than any savings you could have on interest.
