I have a phone line with Telkom and Axxess provides me with my ADSL line. What do I need to do to move all of this to the new house?

Do I cancel the telkom line and extension and also cancel the Axxess ADSL line rental? And re-apply for both at the new place? I get the feeling I am going to be offline for quite a while waiting and waiting and waiting for Telkom...

You need to tell Telkom to cancel ADSL for your current line and ask them to activate it on your new line. Since you are with an ISP other than Telkom it usually takes a little longer to get this done. Once Telkom activates (enables ADSL on) your new line.you should be all set...

I'm not sure if this is the process used when you pay for your ADSL line through your ISP. If this is the case then I'd contact them and see what's what.

His ADSL line is rented via Axxess hence he has to ask Axxess to do it all for him.
