Moving house - whats the procedure

Hi,

I'm moving house soon - whats the (easiest) procedure to get my ADSL moved to the new place? Any assistance would be appreciated.

I pay my ISP for both bandwidth as well as the ADSL line rental.

What I did was to order the new line six months before I actually moved in.

thats not good news for me - I have just 6 weeks left to sort myself out.
