Not sure if I'm in the right subforum?

My line is currently with Mweb. Say I want to move everything to another ISP, what is the process? Do I inform Mweb to transfer back to Telkom, and then as soon as this is done, inform new ISP? Or can new ISP sort out everything at once?

Good Evening, you would first have to request that we migrate the line back to Telkom before you can move it to any other ISP.
