At the end of the year I'm moving and want to activate the Telkom line in the new house (and deactivate the old one). I went to a Telkom branch and the clerk there said he can't do anything, I should call customer service. So I called them and the lady told me that I have to call just before I want the line to be activated for a technician to come out. She also said that I can file for "move" and create and appointment/date for a technician online. So now I'm online, but can't find any place to do this. Does someone know where I can do this online?
