Moving to Afrihost from Cool Ideas

Placed an order to have my service cancelled.

Is it possible to have my cancellation with CISP expedited as I’m wanting to move to Afrihost?

MetroFibre has a 30 days cancellation notice period from the time an ISP cancels on the portal. If you want the line released earlier you need to ask Cool Ideas to request and early release.

We can ask but MetroFibre will still send that request to Cool Ideas for approval.
