Mozambique Email settings

Hi all,

Will be travelling to paradise (or not) soon and was wondering what the smtp and pop settings are that I should use for my emails?
Will download headers only and am using a sa sim card - or should I not do this either?
Ps: Clearly not a techie.

Hi Bandicoot, when you travel between service providers: your pop stays the same, but smtp settings will need to be changed.

So if you used MTN at home and Vodacom at work: at home you would change to MTN (only your smtp) and at work you would change to Vodacom (smtp).

Your service provider in Paradise should have a website where this info is listed, otherwise Google the name of your service provider and smtp.

Remember to note the port numbers, if SSL is needed, etc. otherwise it won't work.

By the way, what mail client are you using?

I am using outlook.
Vodacom is service provider.
