MP3 Tagging

is there a mp3 converter that converts without loosing meta data the id3 tag like artist and album title.

The thing is all the mp3's on my phone are Birate 128kbs and 44Khz anything higher i have to convert most of the time the mp3z are 192kbs 320kbs 512kbs and wma files but when i convert i loose all the id3 tags.

Also is there a program like MusicID that can retag mp3 like by analzing the mp3 i have musicID on my phone but all it does is show album art but does not actualy add it to mp3 meta data ?

i havent tried mediamonkey or foobar, but for conversion i'd highly recommend dB poweramp... excellent conversion quality and its extremely fast... plus it doesnt stuff up your tags and auto tags cd's you convert from as well.
