Can anyone advise me on how to convert a video file from a Nokia N70 (xxx.mp4) to a format compatible with windows media player etc?

rather than trying to convert your file, try getting a codec that will allow you to play mp4's with media player.

Quicktime plays MP4's.

My Nokia 9300i can with its own MP4 player, check the CD.

Kazaa Lite Mega codec pack handles those sorts of files.

foobar2000 can do these conversions, I'm pretty sure

I have Media Player 11.0.5721 - this doesn't work. I also cant seem to get it to download the necessary codecs?

What am I doing wrong?
