Yes, your PS3 can play it (might need a software update)... or buy an MviX player ... or buy an el cheapo DVD player from Hi-Fi corporation or the cheapo Asian import stores that can play DivX/MP4 files....
I can get them for R270 - R300 in Jeppestown. For the price of a DVD or two. If it breaks you just buy another one!
