Tried to connect just now to my Openweb uncapped account, and cold not connect. Tried phoning support on 0861 22 44 66, recorded message tells me that it's unfortunately outside office hours. So, this means no internet for tonite, phone call in the morning to get it sorted out, and if it's anything like what happened in January, 5 days before it works again.
Logged into users.isdsl.net, saw that there is a current session. I am definitely not connected at the moment, and unlike the Webafrica Control Panel, there is no opportunity for me to disconnect the session.
C'Mon Mr Beep, if you cannot help us after-hours, at least make some mechanism available to let us help ourselves
