Can anyone give some input as to why 8ta connect wont see my device?

I was struggling with 8ta for months, do you have the 8ta sim or telkom sim? Get the telkom sim if you don't have it. That reduced my problems by like 90%. Now the only issue I get is that it doesn't detect my device, I unplug it and plug it back in 1-2 times and it works again

You mean why 8ta connect can't see your Sim card?
Is it a work Laptop that has administrative rights where USB ports are blocked?
