Bobby is the owner's son and the club is still run as a family business. Bobby is going nowhere, despite being a useless GM who refuses to buy quality players.

Steve is going to be fired because he hasn't gotten results. People are tired of him trying to be a minister at interviews. Also, despite his comments about being like Mandela, coaches don't get 27 years to win a trophy.

Also, the thread title makes no sense.
