My client, a specialist in developing and implementing a range of Microsoft Solutions at various clients is currently expanding in their MS CRM team and looking for a MS CRM Specialist with at least 6 years’ experience to join the team on a permanent basis. They are based in the Bryanston area of JHB.
The CRM Specialist will be tasked with solving issues that relate to implementing Microsoft Solutions and related software in the customer's current IT environment.
Responsibilities:
Diagnostic
• Prepare and conduct analysis and design (infrastructure, information architecture etc.)
• Setup application for gap fit analysis
• Document results of diagnostic phase
• Support license definition and service estimations for technical tasks
Analysis
• Prepare and assist with business requirements workshops
• Analysis of interfaces to legacy systems and to 3rd party solutions
• Analysis and mapping for planned data migration
• Infrastructure validation and design update (where applicable)
• Setup application for gap fit analysis
• Document results of analysis phase
Design
• Create infrastructure and development design specifications
• Validate design against best practice
• Create design documents for customer understanding and acceptance
• Conduct feature testing of standard and ISV functionality
• Assist in the identification and creation of process test scenarios
Configuration
• Complete all required configurations to allow the chosen platforms to perform against the design and requirements.
• Validate the configuration done by the client’s team where applicable
Development and Deployment
• Setup live environment and test environment for final system test (where applicable)
• Assist in the creation of User Acceptance test scripts
• Conduct data acceptance and process testing together with the client to ensure functionality, configuration and data are accepted
• Support End User training and defined in the project scope
• Implement scripting using Javascript
• Knowledgeable with XSLT
Operation
• After go-live support
• Clear pending issues
• Finalize documentation
Optimize
• Process refinement
• Performance improvement
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum of a Tertiary Degree or Professional Qualification Equivalent
• Qualification in Project Management or Business Analysis would be beneficial
• 6+ years’ experience working with MS Dynamics CRM stack of technologies and tools
• 6+ years’ experience with Sharepoint/MOSS
• Experience with IIS/Web Servers
• Experience with MS.Net, MS Visual Studio, X++, Biztalk and SQL Server
• Full SDLC knowledge and experience
• Experience in project management and business analysis is important for the success of this role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must
• Must have excellent business acumen and presentation skills
• You will need to travel to clients, so you need to have your own, reliable transport for business purposes
• Depending on the client or projects, overtime may be required from the Consultant in order to fulfill delivery.
Salary Range would be dependent on skills, experience and qualifications, however their range for the role is between R570 000 - R480 000 TCTC per annum.
