Hi all
Need some help, exhausted all that I know of the none knowledge I have about MS Hyper-V. So my boss uses Hyper-V to start an Ubuntu VM.
When he started up the guest it got the same IP address as the host. So I read up and saw it's a bug or something and you need to statically assign the MAC Address to the guest.
Great, did that and now the guest and host gets different IP's. Yesterday at the office he was fine, but this morning he was saying that connections were dropping.
Was monitoring his Tik at home this morning and randomly I cannot ping the guest IP.
The Hyper-V and WIndows network connections are bridged. I don't know if this is an issue, but any help would be appreciated.
