Let me say with this email Telkom is the isp. Emails suddenly don't go or come, but on outlook it looks well, sent etc, no errors, etc.

How can / should I test.

Send a copy of the email to yourself, preferably to an email address that is different to the account that you used to send the email.

I did send a email from and towards me. It did not work. a facebook email did came in.
