MS Outlook - duplicate problem

I need some help with getting rid of duplicate e-mails and e-mail addresses after I've moved 3 accounts over from Outlook express to MS Outlook, any ideas?

Another issue is that the client gets duplicate e-mails - but not on all e-mails just some of them - they would come through again a day or two later - she's with MWeb. Any ideas of what I can try?
