Hi,

I've recently bought a graphics card and I've noticed some residue on the back PCB. Similar to the residue that's left by a sticker. Here are some pics:

I read that it could be flux residue from the manufacturing process but I'm not so sure. Could anyone confirm this? If it's not flux, is it something that I should be worried about?

Thanks

I would not worry to much. If it's ticker residue you could try removing it with alcohol. You also get flux removals products.

I would not worry about it in all honesty.

+1 I've seen this quite a few times on a number of components I've bought and all work fine
