Hi guys
I have the card listed above, and have been playing around with undervolting to bring my temps down a bit and it's been working great.
Max is just pushing all Afterburner sliders to the right.
Stock - 1898Mhz - 70 degrees
Max - 2025MHz - 73 degrees
Undervolt - 2025MHz - 65 degrees - 0.943mV
One thing that I am clearly not getting though, when changing points on the Voltage/Frequency curve, when clicking apply they'll all suddenly shift around by a few points and I don't understand why.
I was trying to gauge performance if I went up to 2038MHz and 0.950mV, but when trying to move that one point on the graph and hitting apply, it'll move the other points ever so slightly so that where I had 2025MHz and 0.943mV it'll change that to 2012MHz and it takes me ages to get everything back to 2025MHz again.
How can I set a point and just have it stay there? Or is this just how these cards work?
Just for reference, at the undervolt setting and memory bumped up by 600MHz everything runs brilliantly. No crashes and temp is max 65 degrees, which is why I want to keep it there. If I leave the card to boost itself, it'll go to 2050MHz, then gradually drop down to 2012MHz as temps increase.
