MSN contacts sending "pictures"!!

Anyone esle get these. Lately all my contacts just keep sending a .zip file with some writing.

Example:
**** says:
ya dont think this is too sexy to put on myspace... right? I dont want to get banned!

**** sends:

f20qf.zip ( 175kb )
cancelled

The first time i got it, i accepted it, but it doesnt transfer. Eventually goes "transfer failed".

Just wondering from whose side it is coming from cos i did a scan with nod32 and machine is clear.

Edit: Just asked him about it, apparently his msn has a virus.... so many people with viruses... just last night i tried to fix my other friends pc which had viruses.... 1 min with nod32 and it already detected 270 infiltrations which couldnt be deleted or repaired. Just said "sorry boet, gonna have to format your machine"

Another buddy of mine picked up some virus and it was spamming all of his MSN contacts.

I accepted the transfer as it said: fots.zip thinking that it was some more pics of his daughter.

As I was launched the unzip proggy it showed a .exe file - I deleted the biatch .zip file and ran avast just to double check.
Forunately nothing found.

I just had two of my contacts sending the same message with an image link - obviously didn't click on it, but I'm pretty sure its the same one as was being discussed here.

What are the consequences of clicking on these links?
Anyone know?

Cos my 2 buddies have suddenly dissappeared off MSN, so I reckon they've been infected by something...
