MSN with these IS accounts

Hi,

I'm thinking of getting one of these 5gb international + 25gb local accounts, but my question is, once the international is finished, how would I sign into MSN to chat ?

Are there any applications I can use to chat locally, or directly to another IP ? I don't want to have to use IRC.

im not sure how this would work 100% but the answer would be to use an IS proxy, and let your msn run over the proxy server. If this does not work I know there are companies selling local proxy access for R100/month.

That might be then the way to go.
