MSN/Yahoo Unable to log on??

Hi Guys

Just out of curiosity when I got home this evening for some reason I cannot ping or log onto either msn or yahoo is anyone else experiencing this problem? Is it just Saix users? I would just like to see where the problems is and find out why it is broken and when it will be fixed.Any answers would help guys.

There seems to be a cockup somewhere... I can't connect to any of my usual IRC servers or yahoo either.

MSN I know had routine maintenance so MSN doesn;t work. However it was back up at about 10:00am[]

Msn normally does their routine maintenance on a Friday morning, once a month.

If you're capped MSN won't work, however I have found that Skype and YIM do work while capped.

Strange thing that I found while being capped.... I am unable to log into MSN using Windows, but while using Linux with Kopete I am able to login and send some messages...... Does anyone have an explanation (or experience the same)?
