Afternoon All

Just a quick question that maybe someone here can shed some light on. I run a small MSP and our clients use various services from Neotel Fibre, Diginet & ADSL from the likes of Webafrica, Afrihost, Mweb, Vox, XDSL etc. Then domain & website hosting with various companies as well.

The problem is that managing these services is becoming time consuming as you have no direct contacts so everything takes longer.

Do you know of an ISP that we can "resell services" so that the setup is quick and easy without all the documentation and they just bill us and we then charge the clients accordingly. Ideally we would like some sort of management console where we can see all our clients services as well as provision new services. This would include email, web, adsl, diginet, wifi, SIP etc.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Many ISP's do this. Just pop Web Africa a mail and they'll help you out.
