So I found MTG Arena last night and so far am loving it!

Been playing for a couple of months now. Fun but not fun when you don't have all the cards. Mostly playing Janky decks, and constantly losing to MonoRed

Tip for new players. If you are going to spend money, use your gems to rather play Sealed as you get more cards compared to just buying packs.

Free to play?

Yep very much the same as Hearthstones setup. Can win daily packs, can play in arena, etc. Then you have the option to buy packs and so fourth.

I played a Traditional Draft war and got 4 wins, was very worth it!
Loving the game so far.
Brings back so much memories from when I used to play MTG back in the day.

Do your dailies and you will be sorted with cards. Took me a month to get about 60 packs. I play mono blue tempo and RDW all meta tier 1. Still have 16 rare wildcards and about 10 Mythic. Have jank rares as well, but I am happy with the decks I use.

All I bought was the welcome starter thing with packs and gems for like R70 or something. And then the codes above.
