Has anyone in this post had their MTI account suspended and still have bitcoin in their account
 
What did you do? Do you still have your bitcoin in your back office? How long have you been suspended for?

some BS because I ask to many questions purely because withdrawal delays outside the 48hr and also because deposits into 4 new registrations accounts never made tit to account ..but it does indicate in the high water mark and also the BTC address was changed afterwards...so I shared some light on the topic on telegram ..was removed and blocked...and then the most incompetent and braindead person I have ever got acquainted with was suppose to help me but she don’t have a clue how to support another person ..ask no questions just give orders, insults and throw her incompetence all over the place ending up with me being investigated for unethical behaviour and misbehaving against a SNR MTI Weener wich led to my account being suspended….not sure about timeline..I dont think they even know

I did do a withdrawal request early that morning before I received the email from they legal person ..so lets see//its needs to be actioned tom ..requested yesterday morning.but to be honest after reading other people issues ..im not to positive as we all know the whole thing is fake...
 
QUESTION : how do we know one of them is not among this group..I guess its very possible ..no?
 
Disapproving stuff allows for them to just suspend your account and lose your invest bitcoin? Do I have any legal grounds to claim back my hard earned money in that trading pool?

I think you'll struggle to convince the authorities to return your proceeds of crime.
 
So then if it's that easy to just suspend many people can have this problem in the future no warnings. Just suspend the account nothing in the terms and conditions makes reference to that except that they not liable but that is for trading losses

You're expecting some sort of honour from serial scammers? Edit: also, you participated in criminal activity ignoring warnings from the FSCA, Texas securities board and a multitude of others along the way.
 
I am not targeting the company or saying anything wrong all I am saying is based on the consumer protection act. They are a registered company even if as you claim them to be scammers is not the argument my point is what protection we have? If they are still in operation

You want protection to be able to continue your criminal activity?
 
Is bitcoin an illegal entity ? I was invited by a friend to join MTI I have no knowledge of ponzi and pyramid schemes. The law has not shut down the company so I cannot say its criminal activity until proven guilty. I am merely on this platform to get advice as a consumer as I read another thread that you can go to the claims court. If you claim that MTI is a fraudulent company it's your opinion I am not here to discuss that issue

Nothing illegal about Bitcoin. Everything illegal about MTI.

The law also haven't shut down most drug dealers, I bet you also think drug dealers are operating legally ?

MTI founders have run multiple similar scams over the last decade, every single one operated as a ponzi and left people without millions. MTI is just their latest beast of ripping people off yet again.

If you actually did any "due diligence" relating to the founders you would have picked up multiple sources about their previous "businesses" and even a blind man would have seen that every time they restart a new ponzi scheme.

You cannot go to any court. Once this MTI scam blows over and it does end up in the courts the outcome would be to reclaim ill gotten gains from every "investor" who managed to pull out more than they put in. So best case scenario you have not made any profit out of this.

Let me ask you a question any company that trades on your behalf or a pool of btc is a ponzi scheme? What if a company uses a bot with professional traders to trade your btc and the traders you can meet them in person you can also see their their bot they also run a referral program is that still considered a ponzi?
