Dear All

I currently have over 25,000 loyalty points on my primary MTN SIM, what can I do with these? Considering my phone is paid for by the company and I dont need any additional data bundles. Most of my browsing is done over WIFI at home or office which is uncapped.

Any suggestions would be helpful. I wish you could buy phones with these points.

The only useful thing you could do in this case, is transfer them to someone who can use them to get data.

where do you check loyalty points? cause I've been with MTN since 1999

dial
*141*9#

you may have to register if you have never done so, think theres an option on their

I did try once sending them to my maids phone, but it failed. So yes I tried to send them to a good cause.

What is scary is i think you get a point per R1 spent. This means I have spent more than R25,000 on my phone. grrr the horror.

@Dr Who, please dial *141*9*3# I will PM you a special number that you can use, your points will then be donated to a worthy charity org :D

Kokzn PM me and I will see, if its a valid charity I will consider it.

I am sure he did, but on a true note I would really consider doing this.

Transfer the points to someone who needs it.

You cannot transfer some of them - spread them around to a few people - only all to one person? Right?
