Just a heads up (Might be usefull to somebody) been a with MTN a while and accumilated quite a few loyalty points for using MTN.
Recently ported between two service providers (Still within the MTN group)... points gone.
So your loyalty rewarding is limited actualy and you will get that standard blank answers because they will have no record of it on their system.
