MTN 3G Cap Question

Morning everyone,

I just have a quick query if someone is able to assist me please...

I have a MTN 3g and would like to know what happens when I reach my cap for the month. Does the 3g become suspended until the end of the month or until I put in extra money? Or does it rather start downloading automatically at their out of bundle rate?

You'll automatically be charged at the out of bundle rate. If you're on pre-paid this will continue until your airtime is depleted, if you're on contract you'll just continue to be billed.

On contract, you'll have to wait until the next billing cycle before you get another data bundle. On pre-paid you have to wait until 30 days since you last bought a data bundle before buying another. Either way, it's worth considering buying an additional pre-paid SIM card to use in the meantime.
