mtn 3g dongle problem

hello. :)

I recently bought a mtn 21mbps 3g dongle at first the download speed was good I got about 4-8 mbps BUT now a month later I get 20kps I have 3 bars on my 3g (wich should give me at least 4-7mbps) i have phoned mtn technical support but they just don't show up. can anyone help me with this problem please.
