I am not sure where to post this so please feel free to move this post to the appropriate place. I don't have an sms bundle anymore as i really don't need it. I had to order a once off sms bundle which I did and I specifically stated I wanted a once off. I have now got a recurring 200 sms bundle so now got to pay for something that I really don't need. I tried calling 808 yesterday so that I can load extra MB on my phone as my internet was down yesterday and had nothing left on my phone. I kept on getting cut off. I tried again today when I realized they loaded the recurring 200 sms bundle on my phone and again cut off. The music plays and after about min and a half gets cut off. Is there something wrong with 808? Please help. Not too happy here :(

I think you can register on their web site and disable/cancel it via the web based interface of your MTN account.

Have you tried, Saffer?

I didn't know you could do that. I will go and check it out. But don't know if there are any problems with the phones, their phones if I keep getting cut off while the music plays. I will let you know how I do Thank you Kingrob :)

Yes, I always checked my loyalty points when I logged into my account on their web site + converted loyalty points to data and sms bundles. Worked really well and easy to register.

Ok, let's pinpoint what the issue is and see where you struggle.

The steps you take :

1. Open https://mycontract.mtn.co.za in your web browser and click on "Not yet Registered".
2. Now you will have to create your MTN account, with your login name, password + all details of your account.
3. Once done, you will get a confirmation and you can login.

Are you getting errors/issues at step 2?
