Does anyone know the legailities of getting out of a cellphone contract, or know a good lawyer in the field, if I go the legal route I will take them on with costs and damages (for time consumed)? I'm tired of MTN's crappy useless service, and the fact that their billing/accounting department can't do math. I have yet to receive a properly added up bill, one without duplicate charges accross months, out-of-bundle charges for in-bundle content, and now each month I don't even get the statement/invoice/itemised bill unless I log a complaint on hellopeter.
From now on my point of contact is hellopeter for these guys, they don't return calls at 808, and don't respond to simple emails they first sent me,etc.,etc.,etc....
