MTN Active error?

Hi,
I get the following error when I try log into MTN Active:

Associated business is not registered on MTN active.

What does that mean??

weird then it should work the only time it does not work is if it is a corporate account or if it is registered through a 3rd party like autopage or italk.

I tried to register a number that was previously iTalk (which MTN has now bought out), and it comes up with the same message as above. So previous iTalk customers have been integrated into the MTN billing system but MTN is not registered with MTN active?:confused:
