Login using your cellphone number and the pin you use when accessing their IVR menu on 16202. If you aren't registered for the 16202 option you'll need to register first
once you enter your cell number and pin hit submit and wait about 2 min
then it will redirect...if you try to refresh or hit the submit button again
its gonna give you an error...the site is very slow on logon....many users been having
probs in the last 5 months or so ....
phone 083 1238000 and set up a pin. Then go to the Active website, MTN is doing mayor upgrades to various systems so there is occasional instability, mine has worked fine for days now.
