MTN Active site - can't login

Anyone else struggling to get into MTN Active / mycontract.mtn.co.za site?

The moment I submit my username and password I get URL rejected message. Tried with Safari/Chrome/IE/Firefox and on 3G/Work/DSL networks always the same. See image.

sho!, i would think this many years later this issue would be fixed. When i try to login i get:

Error
An error has occurred. Please contact Customer service.

On a mission to cancel contracts with MTN, was hoping to do it via the mycontract.mtn.co.za site.
