MTN Active - unbilled data

Don't bother trying to look at your 'unbilled data' section on MTN Active. More trouble in paradise me thinks.
It states:

"Remaining Package Bundles
Description Allocated Used Carried Over Free
Please note that this functionality will not be available till 18th September 2009. For bundle information, users can phone the 16202 IVR and Dealers can use the dealer call centre (0831238080) for this information. We regret the inconvenience caused."
 
Their "Unbilled Data" is in total chaos. And has been since April.

This is due to their DATA COUNTER that has been faulty for 4 months.
 
And yet we must continue paying their faulty accounts (backdated ect)
