MTN Active

I haven't been able to get into MTN Active for a couple of days now - a notice for "Routine Maintenance" comes up. I tried the 808 number and I got a message saying the system is down.

Anyone else having this? Just when I wanted to activate the Data Share functionality :)

I've been trying to get through to someone to assist me with MTN Active but after 40min I decided to give up.

They are so useless. I have been trying to get my december invoice for weeks now......It isn't even listed in the invoice section

Works for 5 minutes, and the 'routine maintenance' again for the next 48 hours :mad:

Been trying to get through to 808 for two days now, every time I get cur off at about 3 minutes.

A week ago I took out two contracts at MTN - one voice and one data. I have registered on MTN Active to see my invoice details and especially my data usage, but my data contract doesn't show at all. I have phoned 808, 1761, 1555 and wrote to customer care to no avail. They just kept on giving me wrong information. I went to the shop in Centurion to get help. They told me that they will find out and get back to me. No call from them, so far.
I moved over from CellC to MTN and I am disappointed to say that CellC's service is better than MTN's. Also when checking my data usage I could just go on my CellC modem and with a click of a button I can see what my usage is. With MTN I have to register on a website or take out the SIM and put it in my phone and dial *141#. Crazy!
