MTN and BIS

I did a forum search but couldn't find anything.
When is MTN cancelling their BIS? I remember something of end of May?

Another question:
My wife has an MTN prepaid simcard and buys the R60 BIS/200mb per month.
She bought it on the 26th of April 2013 and she received an SMS stating that it is valid until 26th of May. But for some unknown reason, she got disconnected from BIS at midnight on the 24th of May, and today another R60 was deducted for the BIS, but she still doesn't have access?!

Does anyone know what's wrong here?

phone 173 and press 0 to speak to a consultant. advise them the bis didnt activate request a deactivation of the absolute service aka bis. abd a reactivation 2 to 24 hours it should return.

Agreed. Problem is, there's no Vodacom, Cell C or 8ta reception where she works. So plan is to stay on MTN prepaid until she finishes end of this year.

Thanks Gmoboy, problem has been resolved. She just had to restart her phone
