Can MTN be bothered about it? It doesn't seem like it. Is anyone else aware of this regular, ongoing for days at a time problem being experienced with contract users in Grahamstown, Eastern Cape?

MTN's service used to be superb. I've been with them for 18 years but over the past 6 months their service is pathetic and their attitude uncaring.
