MTN Anytime 100 BIS

Hi

I recently bought myself a new Blackberry and gave my old Blackberry to my brother. He is currently on a non Blackberry MTN Anytime contract.

Can he still activate BIS on his account? Also can he use the airtime allocated to him to pay for it?

Yes and no (a BIS sub is payable).

How do you activated the sub? *141*11# says the service is not availible.
