MTN BBBEE

It seems MTN is implementing BEE even in the network they run. They have installed LTE throughout the whole of Klerksdorp Black Township, which isnt half the size of Klerksdorp, but Klerksdorp itself has NO LTE yet. Does anyone know who to contact to find out when LTE will be in Klerksdorp?

I see the same thing here, but i'm not complaining DC_HSPA+ is really fast here upto 19 Mbps.
